ACCESS AND PARKING

The property is easily accessible via a mostly asphalt road, with only the last 250 meters on a well-maintained sandy forest path. There are two entrances, both with wooden gates. On the grounds, there is a carport for 2 cars and ample additional parking space.

EXTERIOR AND GARDEN

The outdoor area of this unique finca is characterized by the simple beauty of Ibiza’s natural landscape and the owner’s green thumb. The property is surrounded by over 1,000-year-old olive trees, almond trees, numerous juniper trees, orange and lemon trees, among others. A 4×14 meter heated saltwater pool stands out on the property, equipped with an electric cover that extends the swimming season into the fall. The rose garden and tropical landscaping around the pool area offer a visually stunning and grounding experience.

TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT

The property is designed for self-sufficiency, featuring a private water well, a 70,000-liter cistern, 27 solar panels with 24 batteries, a 9.2 kW backup generator (including a 1,000-liter oil tank), underfloor heating and hot water powered by gas, and a 4,000-liter underground gas tank. Wastewater is managed via a septic tank. While there is currently no internet or telephone line, it is possible to connect to high-speed internet through satellite providers.

LOCATION, ORIENTATION, AND VIEWS

The property is uniquely located on the backside of the island, in the picturesque Benimussa Valley. It is just a 15-minute drive to Ibiza Town and 25 minutes from the airport. The beautiful beaches of Cala Bassa and Cala Conta are also within a 25-minute drive. Additionally, the modern marina of Ibiza can be reached within a 20-minute drive. The property offers stunning countryside views and enjoys good sun exposure throughout the day until late afternoon/evening hours.
