On Monday, October 2nd, World Housing Day will be celebrated. Therefore, the Official College and the API Association of the Balearic Islands will host the ‘I OPEN DOOR SESSIONS’ with the aim of reaching out to citizens and providing them with free advice and consultations on topics such as buying and selling, renting, housing access assistance, rental assistance, taxes, and expenses related to property transactions, as well as clarifying any doubts regarding the new Housing law and regulations .
These consultations will be provided free of charge and on a voluntary basis by professionals who have willingly joined this initiative at the offices of the Chamber of Commerce, the association’s headquarters in Ibiza. To schedule an appointment, it will be necessary to request one in advance by calling 971 759745 before 1:00 PM on September 27th, from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM.
