The property is a spacious-terraced house in the first line of the golf course, within the security guarded residential complex Roca Llisa. It is about 15 minutes drive to Ibiza Town, as well as to Santa Eulalia. The neighbourhood is very quiet, and the nearest beach is Cala Olivera, a small bay only 5 minutes by car.

There is a private parking space in underground garage what could be purchased separately, if requested.
A staircase leads to the private courtyard located in front of the main entrance of the house. Here you can enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee. A storage room of about 5 m2 is also located in the entrance area of the courtyard. At ground level, you enter the house.

DISTRIBUTION
The 162 m2 terraced house is divided into two floors. On the lower floor (85 m2) there is a large open living room with dining area and large kitchen (fully equipped).
